The “HPline” Machining Centre is a milling machine 5-axis on the tool and commanded by a NC, consisting of a structure with Cartesian axes and a mobile crossbeam:
Perimeter protections:
At the front, 2 folding doors with manual opening and large inspection windows (laminated and tempered glass). Optional feature of two doors at the back as well.
Dust protections:
The runners have a double external protection consisting of special scrapers.
All the guides and transmissions of the linear axes are covered with bellows.

HS678 Head
Universal head with 2 rotating axes at right angles and simultaneously controlled.
Motion is transmitted by a (Siemens) servo-assisted brushless motor providing programmable positioning in any point of the rotation.
Axes A and C are fitted with a pneumatic brake to lock the axes in a fixed position. This provides greater rigidity during machining that does not require the interpolation of these axes.
Direct measuring devices on rotary axes with angular transducers.

Nr. 01 Automatic tool change electrospindle:
Nr .01 Tool magazine:
Consisting of a tool change magazine with a 12-position rack placed at the back of the base, with pneumatic disengagement.
Or as an alternative
A tool change magazine with a 24-position disc located on the side of the structure with automatic opening protection door.
Monolithic table:
Workpiece-holder table in monolithic cast iron, secured to the floor with 22mm T-slots with a 250mm centre distance and parallel to the "X" axis for the reference and clamping of the workpieces.
The table can also be recessed in the floor via a specific foundation.
Or
Structural table
The workpiece-holder table is separate from the shoulders of the machine, featuring an electro-welded reticular structure. The joists have blocks with a machined worktop parallel to the strokes of axes X and Y. Complete with M10 threaded holes for positioning and fixing templates, any worktops or blocks of unprocessed material to be machined.
HEIDENHAIN NUMERICAL CONTROL MOD. iTNC530 HSCI:
With HR410 PORTABLE KEYPAD with electronic handwheel.
Or as an alternative:
SIEMENS NUMERICAL CONTROL mod. 840D sl:
With SINUMERIK HT2 portable terminal
HP line is the modular range of the HP series.
It is used to process, in a single place, large-sized style models made in typical materials such as polyurethane, resin, wood, etc.
Also ideal to process structures rolled or reinforced with fibre, fibreglass, composite materials, components with a complex shape used in various application industries, such as the nautical, aerospace, ground transport, energy sectors and many other industrial fields.
The worktop, which is separate from the machine structure, can be customised to specific applications. It can be configured with a monolithic table with T-slots, secured to the floor or recessed, with guide rails for large-sized workpiece-holder carriages, or with framework structures for customised equipment, etc.
